Within one business day, someone from ACRE emails you to find a time. The call takes about thirty minutes and covers how the business runs, what's slow, and what's already working. Bring whoever knows the day-to-day. Then you get an honest read: what we'd change, what we'd leave alone, and what it would take. If the answer is nothing, we say so, and you keep the read either way.
